Terms & Conditions — ka4444 Platform Agreement

1.1 Age Requirement

The ka4444 platform is strictly for adults. To register an account and use any service on ka4444, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this age requirement. ka4444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active ka4444 account. Accounts are registered to a single Bangladesh mobile number and a single verified identity. Creating additional accounts — whether under a different mobile number, a different name, or any other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals on those accounts may be forfeited at ka4444's discretion.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment details associated with your account. ka4444 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any stage. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any balance.

1.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ka4444 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ka4444 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular location. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk. ka4444 shall bear no liability for any consequence arising from such access.

2.1 Safeguarding Your Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ka4444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ka4444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions carried out through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by another person accessing your account with or without your permission. ka4444 records all account activity for auditing and dispute-resolution purposes. Transaction logs maintained by ka4444 shall be considered the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have not completed identity verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete. ka4444 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time.

3.3 Processing Times

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by ka4444 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings generated from it) can be withdrawn as real money. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance, with only the remaining real-money balance eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ka4444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ka4444's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ka4444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ka4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or opportunity, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether ka4444 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.1 Changes to These Terms

ka4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account termination procedure below.

9.2 Account Closure by the Player

9.3 Account Closure by ka4444

ka4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or acted in a manner that is harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform. In the event of closure due to a breach, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. ka4444 will provide notice of account closure where it is safe and practical to do so.

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ka4444 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ka4444 with respect to the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
